Degayo Medan Tour
A Degayo Medan Tour is an additional 2D1N package for witnessing and understand the process of international grading method being done by Degayo Coffee group to maintain the standard for exporting the green beans.
The overall flow of coffee process are:
1) Green beans re-drying process
2) Green beans water moisture measuring
3) Sorting the green beans process
4) Grading green beans process.
Degayo Medan Tour Journey
After the green beans being packed from our Degayo Mill, it will be transported to our Medan Degayo Warehouse for further process to make it ready for export.

The second redrying process once the beans reaching our Medan Degayo warehouse.
Grading
For us to maintain our quality and standard, Degayo Coffee only serve our clients for grade 1 (G1) international grading standard only. Double picking and for client requesting for premium package we are offering triple picking.
Sorting
Our Suton machine is a fully automated sorting machine to remove sticks, stalks, stones, plastics, nails, grass, pest and critters from the stocks. We will do few rounds of sorting to ensure minimum to zero amount of unwanted debris and small particles.
Water Measuring
Our water testing device to measure the water content of each green beans batch. To ensure that our standard green beans moisture is at 12%.
